Looking for more guidance on running the EC half or full Marathon? Join the class for community members! UWEC Distance Running class! Choose between the 7:00 am or 5:30 pm lectures on Tuesdays.  We promise the homework will not give you nightmares about going back to college.

Saturday Runs Should be done at an EASY conversational pace as you build the distance up. These runs will include water support when the runs get up to and exceed 8 miles. Just show up! No need to register, no need to come every week, no need to pay anything. Questions? Contact Matt Evans
