How to Apply for Graduation

Anticipate when your internship will be and list your graduation date for the end of the semester following completion of your internship. You may apply to walk in a ceremony that is earlier – example: if you want to walk at the ceremony in the semester in which you complete all other course work. Please note that any problems in your degree audit must be taken care of prior to applying for permission to walk early. Specifically, you must be enrolled in any courses needed to graduate other than the internship, with those courses actually in progress for the semester, and any substitution forms, waiver forms, or consults must have been filed and approved.
