Welcome to my website. I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography and Anthropology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. At UW-Eau Claire I teach classes in Geographic Information Systems,† Conservation, and Biogeography.

My research interests are broadly centered within biogeography.† My research includes topics such as: forest change in the Great Lakes Region, land use land cover change in Western Wisconsin, habitat modeling of snakes in Honduras, the development and application of landscape metrics, and the application of digital soils data to answer biogeographic questions.†

I currently serve as the Departmentís internship advisor and administer two blogs as part of this position.

I also serve as a faculty advisor to the Student Office of Sustainability at UW-Eau Claire.
