For the second year in a row I ran "wind sprints" for the last part of the race. Mile 24 13:19, mile 25 8:02, mile 26 11:48 . I even had to make the graph bigger to include the incredible over 13 minute miles. Easiest marathon ever though. Amazing what happens when you conserve energy by walking. Also note how Alan decided to negative split the marathon. What a show-off... :-)
