I work with the Partnership for Strong Hmong Families. We are involved in a project to decrease health disparities through learning more about diabetes care and education in the Hmong community.

Undergraduate students and I work with health care agencies to bring evidence to practice. We work with health professionals in getting research evidence and in providing New Knowledge Discussion Groups on topics requested.

Community Health Partnership provides funding for students involved with evidence-based practice projects.
