1.Go to Windows and search for "Disk Defragmenter" and click the option "Analyze disk" and take a screen shot of the analyzing process (This works for Windows 7)
For Windows XP:

a)Click "Start," point to "All Programs," point to"Accessories," point to "System Tools," and then click "Disk Defragmenter."
b)Click the volume (e.g. C drive, D drive, etc) that you want to analyze.
c)Click "Analyze" to begin the analysis.
d)Review the results of te analysis after it is complete by clicking "View Report."
e)Take a screen shot of the "View Report."

* Analyzing and defragmenting disks can help to preserve the performance and general operation of the system.

2.Go to Windows and search for "Windows Update" and click in "Change Settings" and change "Important updates" to the option "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them" option and take a screen shot. After you have done this you can change it back to whichever option you had it before. (This works for Windows 7 and Vista)
Since Windows Update  doesn't work the same for XP as it does for Windows 7 and Vista (according to Microsoft.com), XP users can take a screen shot of the main management screen of any antivirus software they currently have on their computer.

* Windows Update helps keep your PC safer—and your software current—by fetching the latest security and feature updates from Microsoft via the Internet.

3.Go to http://www.wireshark.org and click the download button, then take a screen shot of the website page that starts with the heading "Download Wireshark." (If you actually want to download the software make sure that you select the right OS.)

*You don't have to download this software; however, this is a highly useful tool essential to any network administrator.
