1.Go to Windows and search for "Disk Defragmenter" and click the option "Analyze disk" and take a screen shot of the analyzing process (This works for Windows 7) a)Click "Start," point to "All Programs," point to"Accessories," point to "System Tools," and then click "Disk Defragmenter." * Analyzing and defragmenting disks can help to preserve the performance and general operation of the system. |
2.Go to Windows and search for "Windows Update" and click in "Change Settings" and change "Important updates" to the option "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them" option and take a screen shot. After you have done this you can change it back to whichever option you had it before. (This works for Windows 7 and Vista) |
