Many of my activities directly relate to the organizations I'm involved in. This past summer I was happy to help out a colleague submit a grant proposal for an event called The Big Read. This spring, we will be handing out copies of Fahrenheit 451 for this community wide reading event.
When I'm not at a meeting for an organization, nor working on my thesis, most of my time is spent working on research projects for professors as part of my graduate assistantship. While not an activity per se, its an enjoyable use of my time.
