      Karen Bronshteyn, Biography and Publications

Karen Bronshteyn is a McIntyre Library Reference Librarian and member of the Information Literacy instruction team.  Her research interests include information literacy assessment and assignment design, and finding effective modes of information literacy instruction for first-year students and distance learners.  She is also interested in innovative online products for reference desk consultations.  As an advocate for literary reading in the 18-24 year age group, Karen invites authors for classroom presentations and develops book discussions around cultural themes.
